1. Warranty Coverage

• Duration: Our permanent makeup machines are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Pigments and other consumables are warranted to be free from defects at the time of delivery.
• Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It includes repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for warranty claims.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Alterations or repairs not authorized by The CULT PMU.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
• Consumable items (e.g., pigments) after initial use, unless defective upon delivery.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

• Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund based on the original purchase price.
• Shipping: We cover shipping costs for valid warranty claims. You are responsible for shipping costs if the claim is not covered.
